May 1st, 2011
Dear Readers
It’s hard to believe that we
have made it to May. It’s almost summer in the Northeast!
On the last Monday of this month
we will celebrate Memorial Day as a
time to remember our fallen soldiers who fought so valiantly for our
freedom. I know sometimes we are at odds with each other, but we would
not have the freedom or the country we have today if it were not for
their sacrifices. So please take time to honor them all.
But let’s also take pause to
remember all of those precious souls so
tragically lost in the wave of storms that crossed our country this
past week. Please join me and the rest of our CFOM family, in saying a
prayer for the continued strength of those left behind and the Lord’s
blessing to help them up the hill of adversity they must climb in the
coming months.
Let us give thanks for what and
who we have around us that make our lives so rich on a daily basis.
Amen.
God bless, and have a great
month.
